FAQ
The questions newcomers ask most about the official site and the app download.
Is BabianNest the official Binance website?
No. BabianNest is an independent third-party directory of the Binance official website and Binance app downloads, with no affiliation, agency, or partnership with Binance. All actual trading should be done on the official Binance website or in the official Binance app.
What is the genuine Binance website address?
The main Binance website is binance.com, and the language can be switched at the top of the homepage. We maintain a full list of official Binance domains - see the latest document under the Official Entry category.
Why can't I find Binance in my app store?
The official Binance app is not listed on the mainland China App Store or Google Play. Android users go through the APK direct install; iOS users switch to a Hong Kong or US region Apple ID first. Detailed steps live under the App Download category.
Are the search-engine ads for the Binance official website trustworthy?
About 80% of the links in those ad slots are phishing sites. Binance does not buy search-engine ads, so any result with an Ad / Sponsored marker at the top of the page is best skipped entirely.
What if my Android APK auto-uninstalls right after install?
Usually it is the phone vendor's pure-mode protection blocking it. Add the Binance app to the trusted list, or temporarily disable pure mode. Detailed steps live under the Install Issues category.
Do I have to switch to an overseas Apple ID on iOS?
For now, yes. The China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea region App Stores all do not list Binance. **Hong Kong** or **US** Apple IDs are the two most stable choices.
What is the Android APK package name?
The official package name is `com.binance.dev`, with a file size of about 85MB. Any APK with a different package name or wildly different size should be deleted immediately.
Are the Mac / Windows desktop clients required?
Not required. But for larger trades we strongly recommend the desktop client - the bigger screen, faster keyboard input, and clearer support flow when something goes wrong all add up.
Does this site recommend referral codes?
We never publish referral code text. Every "Visit Binance Official Website" or "Download Binance App" button jumps directly to the destination - newcomers can simply click through without memorising any code.
How often is the documentation updated?
Binance domains, APK package names, and version numbers change roughly every 2-3 months. We re-test each document on a rolling basis - the "Updated" date at the top of an article is the most recent re-test date.
